Homecoming has come and gone, and the big winners this year were the many organizations who participated in the week's events. The brothers of Alpha Gamma Rho took to the rope and won first place in the fraternity division of Rope Pull. AGR successfully pulled against Sigma Phi Epsilon and Kappa Alpha to pull against Pi Kappa Alpha on Friday for the championship.… 1 Comment

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (AP) _ A 19-year-old student at Middle Tennessee State University was arrested on terrorism charges Thursday after threatening e-mails forced the cancellation of two days of classes. Faculty, students should seek flu shots

UTM Student Health Services began offering flu shots Monday to students to help them prevent getting the flu this season. Paving scheduled for downtown Martin

The resurfacing of part of Lindell Street in downtown Martin is scheduled to begin Oct. 13 after removal of the street's rough asphalt is completed this week.
